How to install Aquar Player on a Fire TV Stick

The Fire TV Stick has no Google Play, so apps are installed with the free Downloader app. It takes about three minutes.

Step by step

Allow app installsOn the Fire TV: Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options → Install unknown apps, then turn on Downloader. On older sticks the menu is called Apps from Unknown Sources.

Install DownloaderFrom the Fire TV home screen, search Downloader (the orange icon by AFTVnews) and install it. It is free.

Type the codeOpen Downloader, stay on the Home tab, type the code above in the URL box and press Go. The download starts, then press Install.

Add your playlistOpen Aquar Player. It shows a Device ID and a Device Key. On your phone, go to aquarplayer.com/manage, sign in with those two codes, and paste your M3U link or your Xtream Codes. Press play on the TV.
