If you installed Aquar Player from Google Play, open Settings → Activate in the app and pay there. Google handles the payment; the app unlocks immediately. This is the simplest route and the one we recommend.
If you installed the APK or you are on a Fire TV Stick, there is no Google Play on the device. Enter the Device ID the app shows you, pay online, and the activation is applied to that device.
