Plain rules, in plain words.
1. What Aquar Player is
Aquar Player is a media player application. It reads a playlist that you provide — an M3U link or Xtream Codes credentials — and displays the content that playlist points to.
2. What Aquar Player is not
It is not a television service. We do not provide, host, sell, resell, index or distribute any channel, stream, film, series, playlist or subscription. Nothing is included with the app, and no content passes through our servers: your device connects directly to the provider whose details you entered.
3. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the playlist you add and for holding the legal right to access its content in your country. If you are not sure your source is legitimate, do not use it. We have no way to know what your playlist contains and no control over it.
4. The activation
- A free trial of 7 days starts by itself at the first launch.
- After that, a single payment activates one device for life, future updates included.
- The activation is attached to the Device ID shown in the app. Reinstalling keeps it; a different device needs its own.
- There is no subscription and nothing renews.
5. Refunds
The trial exists so you can test your own playlist on your own device before paying. Purchases made through Google Play are also covered by Google's refund rules, which apply directly between you and Google.
6. Availability
We keep the service running and updated, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Your viewing depends above all on your provider and your connection, neither of which we control. An outage on their side is not a fault of the app.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass activation, redistribute the application, resell it as your own, or use it to distribute content you have no right to. Accounts and devices used for such purposes can be deactivated.
8. Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top changes with them, and the current version always lives on this page.
