Aquar Player is a player. It keeps the address of the playlist you choose to save, plus an identifier for your device so your activation and your playlist follow you. It does not ask for your name, your e-mail or your phone number, it shows no advertising, and no video ever passes through our servers.
The Device ID lets your activation survive a reinstall and lets you add your playlist from this website instead of typing it with a remote. The playlist address is what the app loads on your devices. Country and device type are counted to know which devices and regions to support next. The order reference proves the activation was paid.
No advertising. No advertising identifier. No sale or sharing of your data. No tracking across other apps or websites. We never see, record or relay what you watch: the app connects directly to the provider whose playlist you entered.
Purchases made inside the app are handled by Google Play. We never receive your card details; we only store the order reference Google gives us so the activation can be restored.
The playlist you add belongs to a third party that we do not control and are not affiliated with. Their own terms and privacy rules apply to what they serve you. You are responsible for having the right to use the playlist you add.
Your data is kept while the device is in use. You can remove your playlist at any time from the Manage page. To have a device and everything attached to it deleted, write to the address below with the Device ID shown in the app — it is removed within 30 days.
Aquar Player is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the new version is published on this page.
